Electronic Catalog. The contract items listed in the Indiana Maintenance, Repair, and Operations (MRO) Products Catalog shall be available for viewing through the Contractor’s website. The Contractor’s electronic catalog provided as part of the online ordering system contains only those items available in the Indiana Maintenance, Repair, and Operations (MRO) Products Catalog. State Agency personnel shall be able to access an electronic catalog with the Contractor. Users shall not have the authority to purchase or create orders through the electronic catalog. Users shall have the following capabilities within the electronic catalog: Search electronic catalog for contract items View contract item information (with pricing) Create Carts The Contractor shall be able to receive orders by any of the following methods: electronically via State’s punch-out, K-12/Library/OneIndiana BPS catalog, phone, fax, in store via purchase order and confirming purchase order.
