Common use of Electrical Installations Clause in Contracts

Electrical Installations. No electrical wiring or other electrical apparatus shall be installed, maintained or operated on the Premises except with the prior approval of, and in a manner satisfactory to, Landlord. In no event shall Tenant overload any electrical circuit from which Tenant obtains current.
