EFFECTIVE DATE OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS. This Agreement shall become binding on the Borrower and the Bank on and from the date of execution hereof. It shall be in full force till the Loan is fully Amortized/repaid and any other moneys due and payable to the Bank under this Agreement as well as all other agreements, documents which may be subsisting/ executed between the Borrower and the Bank is fully paid.
