Amendments - Changes/Extra Work The Subrecipient shall make no changes to this Contract without the County’s written consent. In the event that there are new or unforeseen requirements, the County has the discretion with the Subrecipient’s concurrence, to make changes at any time without changing the scope or price of the Contract. If County-initiated changes or changes in laws or government regulations affect price, the Subrecipient’s ability to deliver services, or the project schedule, the Subrecipient will give County written notice no later ten (10) days from the date the law or regulation went into effect or the date the change was proposed and Subrecipient was notified of the change. Such changes shall be agreed to in writing and incorporated into a Contract amendment. Said amendment shall be issued by the County-assigned Contract Administrator, shall require the mutual consent of all Parties, and may be subject to approval by the County Board of Supervisors. Nothing herein shall prohibit the Subrecipient from proceeding with the work as originally set forth or as previously amended in this Contract.
Effective Date and Termination Date This Contract becomes effective on the Contract Start Date or the date on which the Contract is fully executed by both parties, whichever is later. No party shall perform work under this Contract before the effective date. An email notification with a copy of the fully executed contract will be sent to the Contractor email listed above upon execution. Unless earlier terminated as provided below, this Contract shall continue through the Contract End Date. EFFECTIVE DATE/COMPLETION OF SERVICES 3.1 Notwithstanding any provision of this Agreement to the contrary, and subject to the approval of the Governor and Executive Council of the State of New Hampshire, if applicable, this Agreement, and all obligations of the parties hereunder, shall become effective on the date the Governor and Executive Council approve this Agreement as indicated in block 1.17, unless no such approval is required, in which case the Agreement shall become effective on the date the Agreement is signed by the State Agency as shown in block 1.13 (“Effective Date”).
Effective Date of Settlements Settlements reached at any step of the grievance procedure in this article, other than Clause 8.11, shall be applied retroactively to the date of the occurrence of the action or situation which gave rise to the grievance, but not prior to the effective date of the agreement in effect at the time of the occurrence or the date set by a board of arbitration.
Effective Date; Termination; Cancellation and Suspension Section 5.01. This Agreement shall come into force and effect on the date upon which the Development Credit Agreement becomes effective.
Permanent Schedule Changes Employees’ workweeks and work schedules may be permanently changed with prior notice from the Employer. Overtime-eligible employees will receive ten (10) calendar days’ written notice of a permanent schedule change. The day notification is given is considered the first day of notice. Notice will normally be given to the affected employees during their scheduled working hours. If an affected employee is on extended leave, notice may be sent to the employee’s last known address.
