A facsimile or similar electronic reproduction of a writing signed by a Member will be regarded as signed by the Member.

  • Revocation of Consent Subject to the terms of this Customer Agreement, the Customer may revoke or restrict consent to electronic delivery of Account Documents at any time by notifying the Broker in writing of the intention to do so.
