Effect of Approval. Any approval or consent given by the NPS regarding any contract or contractor, or by operation of inspection, or any other consent or approval given by the NPS under this Agreement, or NPS’s decision to decline review of a Third-Party Contract, does not relieve the Partner or the Partner’s contractors of responsibility for any errors or omissions, or from the responsibility to comply with the requirements of this Agreement.
