Settlement and Recovery of Funding for Prior Years (a) The HSP acknowledges that settlement and recovery of Funding can occur up to 7 years after the provision of Funding.

Limitation on Judicial Council 's Liability The Judicial Council will not be responsible for loss or damage to any non-Judicial Council equipment or property arising from causes beyond the Judicial Council's control. Disbursement of Funds to Eligible Grantees Funds will be disbursed monthly, in arrears.
Amount of Funds Available to Grantee The maximum amount of funding being made available to Grantee under this Agreement is: $20,000. This amount may be amended, subject to funds availability, by mutual consent of the parties. Grant funds under this Agreement may be considered taxable income.
