Effect of Force Majeure Event. If a Force Majeure event results in a Forced Outage then Sections 7.2.1. through 7.2.9 of this Agreement shall apply. If a Force Majeure Event prevents a Party from complying with any one or more obligations under this Agreement, that inability to comply will not constitute a default ifif (a) that Party uses reasonable efforts to remediate the Force Majeure Event in accordance with Section 8.4, and (b) that Party complies with its notice obligations under Section 8.2.
