Educational Differential. Any nurse who possesses a; A. Baccalaureate degree in nursing or a related field, shall receive an additional four and three-quarters percent (4.75%) of their salary rate. B. Master's degree with related course work shall receive an additional nine and one- half percent (9.5%) of their salary rate. C. Doctorate in nursing or a related field shall receive an additional twelve percent (12%). The education differentials are based on a full-time employee and will be prorated for part-time employees on the basis of hours paid.
