Common use of EDUCATIONAL ASSISTANCE PROGRAM Clause in Contracts

EDUCATIONAL ASSISTANCE PROGRAM. The Company agrees to provide educational assistance benefits to all full-time employees scheduled to work forty (40) hours per week as provided in the Company’s Educational Assistance Program. The Company reserves the right to change or modify the benefits provided under the Educational Assistance Program, including but not limited to setting eligibility periods, reimbursement levels, and the approval process, provided that any changed, modified or substituted plan will be the same as offered to the employees’ managers.
