Education, Experience, and Certification Validation. Every candidate is required to provide evidence of Education, Experience, and Breadth, to include certifications, to validate the claims that candidates make in their resume and in our employment application. Our HR staff, as needed, contacts previous employers, education institutions, and references to validate all relevant claims. We also look up certifications such as CompTIA Security+ and Program Management Institute (PMI) Project Management certifications to ensure that they are current and that holders are completing their required continuous education requirements.

Related to Education, Experience, and Certification Validation

  • COMPLIANCE AND CERTIFICATION 25.1 Each Party shall comply at its own expense with all Applicable Laws that relate to that Party’s obligations to the other Party under this Agreement. Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed as requiring or permitting either Party to contravene any mandatory requirement of Applicable Law.

  • Independence and Objectivity Certification Prior to performing the first Quarterly Claims Review, and annually thereafter, the IRO shall submit to Practitioner a certification that the IRO has (a) evaluated its professional independence and objectivity with respect to the reviews required under this Section III.C and (b) concluded that it is, in fact, independent and objective, in accordance with the requirements specified in Appendix A to this IA. The IRO’s certification shall include a summary of all current and prior engagements between Practitioner and the IRO.

  • CERTIFICATION OF INDEPENDENT PRICE DETERMINATION By submission of this bid, the Bidder certifies, and in the case of a joint bid each party thereto certifies as to its own organization, that in connection with this procurement:

  • Professional Services Fees You agree to pay us the professional services fees in the amounts set forth in the Investment Summary. Those amounts are payable in accordance with our Invoicing and Payment Policy. You acknowledge that the fees stated in the Investment Summary are good-faith estimates of the amount of time and materials required for your implementation. We will bill you the actual fees incurred based on the in-scope services provided to you. Any discrepancies in the total values set forth in the Investment Summary will be resolved by multiplying the applicable hourly rate by the quoted hours.

  • Education Reimbursement The County will provide education reimbursement for education costs incurred by regular employees who apply for such reimbursement in accordance with the policies and procedures governing the education reimbursement program. The maximum reimbursement shall be $1,500 per year.

  • Assistance and Cooperation After the Closing Date, each of Seller and Purchaser shall:
