Education Benefit. 1. Each employee is eligible for the following Education Benefit Program" a. College Credits/Tuition Reimbursement: The Township will reimburse employees $25 per credit hour for credits earned at a recognized or accredited school. The cost of vocational training courses that are directly job related, will be fully reimbursed. Vocational training courses that are not job related, are subject to reimbursement at the rate of fifty (50%) percent of the cost of the course. All applications for vocational training courses must be submitted to the Director for review and approval.
