EDI Service. Carrier agrees to provide delivery time and date information via facsimile or other acceptable means within twenty-four (24) hours of delivery. In any event Carrier shall supply Broker with proof of delivery information within twenty-four (24) hours of the Broker's request. At the request of the Broker, Carrier shall use its best efforts to provide proof of delivery information within one (1) hour.
