Common use of Easements and Roadways Clause in Contracts

Easements and Roadways. a. Licensee shall have a non-exclusive right and license to enter upon, over and across the roads and similar common areas in the Property, as designated by Licensor from time to time, whether existing on the Commencement Date or later developed, for the sole purpose of ingress and egress to and from the Ag Lot, subject to any and all rules promulgated by Licensor and/or the CPR Association from time to time.
