Common use of Early Relief Clause in Contracts

Early Relief. It is recognized practice for some unit employees to voluntarily relieve other unit employees working on the previous shift prior to the scheduled starting time. This practice shall not change the actual amount of hours worked nor afford additional benefits to an employee.
