Each Community College. shall maintain an official personnel file for each unit member, which shall be the personnel file consulted when making all personnel decisions and recommendations. Any and all material contained in this personnel file concerning the unit member shall be open to the unit member with a right to copy at that unit member’s expense, upon written request and by appointment during regular business hours.
