  • Duties as Sub-Adviser (a) Subject to the oversight and supervision of GEAM and the Board of Trustees of the Trust (the “Board”), the Sub-Adviser will provide a continuous investment program for the Fund with respect to the Sub-Adviser’s Allocated Assets, including investment research and management. The Sub-Adviser will determine from time to time what investments will be purchased, retained or sold by the Fund with respect to such Allocated Assets. The Sub-Adviser will be responsible for placing purchase and sell orders for the Allocated Assets.
