Duties requiring ex- tensive professional competencies. The solutions for the completion of the du- ties require a choice of operating meth- ods. The duties will be car- ried out in application of general instructions, many independently. The necessary knowledge and skills are acquired through profes- sional training or solid work experience. Application instruction: The employee has some responsibility for the as- signment or work on the whole and on the outcome. The outcome of the work has been determined, but the manner of performing it may vary. For instance, the manner and order of completing the work assignments may be decided on by the employee and is based on the employee’s profes- sional competencies. The employee independently detects a potential problem and knows how to solve it.
