Common use of Duties of the SRO Clause in Contracts

Duties of the SRO. The SRO shall only perform the duties described on Exhibit C, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. The Village shall provide each SRO with a copy of this Agreement, including Exhibit C, and shall require the SRO to provide a signed acknowledgement that he/she has received and reviewed this Agreement. Upon request, the Village shall provide the District with a copy of said signed acknowledgement.

The Village City shall provide each SRO with a copy of this Agreement, including Exhibit CB, and shall require the SRO to provide a signed acknowledgement that he/she has received and reviewed this Agreement.
