Common use of Duties of the Recording Secretary Clause in Contracts

Duties of the Recording Secretary. The duties of the Recording Secretary shall be to keep the minutes of all meetings of the Board of Directors and of all meetings of the Corporation, and to give and receive all notices of the Corporation and to keep custody of all books, records, and papers of the Corporation except financial records. Such books, records, and papers are to be open to examination by the Members of the Corporation upon a member’s request at any reasonable time.
