Common use of Duration of Employment Clause in Contracts

Duration of Employment. This Agreement and the employment relationship hereunder will continue in effect for five years from January 1, 2016 through December 31, 2020. It may be extended beyond December 31, 2020 by mutual, written agreement at any time. In the event of the Executive’s termination of employment during the term of this Agreement, the Company will be obligated to pay all base salary, bonus and other benefits then accrued, as well as cash reimbursement for all accrued but unused vacation, plus, if applicable, the additional payments provided for in Sections 6.1, 6.2, 6.3, 6.5, 6.7 and 6.8 of this Agreement.

Duration of Employment. This Agreement and the employment relationship hereunder will continue in effect for five (5) years from January 2, 2011 through January 1, 2016 through December 31, 20202016. It may be extended beyond December 31January 1, 2020 2016 by mutual, written agreement at any time. In the event of the Executive’s termination of employment during the term of this Agreement, the Company will be obligated to pay all base salary, bonus and other benefits then accrued, as well as cash reimbursement for all accrued but unused vacation, plus, if applicable, the additional payments provided for in Sections 6.1, 6.2, 6.3, 6.5, 6.5 and 6.7 and 6.8 of this Agreement.

Duration of Employment. This Agreement and the employment relationship hereunder will continue in effect for five and one half (5 1/2) years from July 1, 2005 through January 1, 2016 through December 31, 20202011. It may be extended beyond December 31January 1, 2020 2011 by mutual, written agreement at any time. In the event of the Executive’s termination of employment during the term of this Agreement, the Company will be obligated to pay all base salary, bonus and other benefits then accrued, as well as cash reimbursement for all accrued but unused vacation, plus, if applicable, the additional payments provided for in Sections 6.1, 6.2, 6.3, 6.5, 6.5 and 6.7 and 6.8 of this Agreement.

Duration of Employment. This Agreement and the employment relationship hereunder will continue in effect for five two (2) years from January 1the Effective Date (the "Term"). At a time at least four (4) months prior to the expiration of the Term, 2016 through December 31, 2020. It may the Company and the Executive shall discuss whether the Agreement should be extended beyond December 31, 2020 by mutual, renewed upon mutual written agreement at any timeagreement. It may be extended beyond December 31January 1, 2020 2007 by mutual, written agreement at any time. In the event of the Executive’s 's termination of employment during the term of this Agreement, the Company will be obligated to pay all base salary, bonus and other benefits then accrued, as well as cash reimbursement for all accrued but unused vacation, plus, if applicable, the additional payments provided for in Sections 6.1, 6.2, 6.3, 6.5, 6.7 6.4 and 6.8 6.6 of this Agreement.

Duration of Employment. This Agreement and the employment relationship hereunder will continue in effect for five three years and seven months from June 1, 2012 through January 1, 2016 through December 31, 20202016. It may be extended beyond December 31January 1, 2020 2016 by mutual, written agreement at any time. In the event of the Executive’s termination of employment during the term of this Agreement, the Company will be obligated to pay all base salary, bonus and other benefits then accrued, as well as cash reimbursement for all accrued but unused vacation, plus, if applicable, the additional payments provided for in Sections 6.1, 6.2, 6.3, 6.5, 6.5 and 6.7 and 6.8 of this Agreement.

Duration of Employment. This Agreement and the employment relationship hereunder will continue in effect for five two years and ten months from February 20, 2013 through January 1, 2016 through December 31, 20202016. It may be extended beyond December 31January 1, 2020 2016 by mutual, written agreement at any time. In the event of the Executive’s termination of employment during the term of this Agreement, the Company will be obligated to pay all base salary, bonus and other benefits then accrued, as well as cash reimbursement for all accrued but unused vacation, plus, if applicable, the additional payments provided for in Sections 6.1, 6.2, 6.3, 6.5, 6.5 and 6.7 and 6.8 of this Agreement.
