Duration Date Sample Clauses

Duration Date. This contract shall remain in effect from the effective date stated above until June 30, 2015, unless terminated sooner pursuant to Sections 6 or 7 of Exhibit D. Contractor shall be deemed to be an independent contractor of County. Nothing in this contract shall be construed as creating an employer-employee relationship, partnership or a joint venture relationship. Nothing in this contract authorizes or permits the County to exercise discretion or control over the professional manner in which Contractor provides services. Contractor’s services shall be provided in a manner consistent with all applicable standards and regulations governing such services.

Duration Date. This Agreement shall remain in effect from the effective date, stated in section 1 of this Exhibit, above, until July 30, 2023, unless terminated sooner pursuant to sections 6 or 7 of Exhibit D, or extended pursuant to section 5 of this Exhibit.

Commercial General Liability (CGL): Insurance Services Office (ISO) Form CG 00 01 covering CGL on an "occurrence" basis for bodily injury and property damage, including products-completed operations, personal injury and advertising injury, with limits no less than $1,000,000 per occurrence. If a general aggregate limit applies, either the general aggregate limit shall apply separately to this project/location or the general aggregate limit shall be twice the required occurrence limit.
