Duplication of Funding. The Grantee will ensure that HOPE VI Grant funds are not used to duplicate work that is funded with any other HUD funds, funds from any other Federal program, or from any other funding source identified under the Revitalization Plan, and will establish controls to assure non-duplication of funding.
