DSHS Request for Corrective Action Plan. DSHS may require Contractor to submit to DSHS a Corrective Action Plan, as described in Section 11.b below, to correct or resolve a specific event or events causing the finding of a deficiency or breach or prior to assessment of a liquidated damage or prior to termination of the Contract.
