Common use of Drug-Free Workplace Clause in Contracts

Drug-Free Workplace. Tenant acknowledges that pursuant to the Federal Drug-Free Workplace Act of 1989, the unlawful manufacture, distribution, possession or use of a controlled substance is prohibited on City premises. Any violation of this prohibition by Tenant or any Tenant Entity shall constitute a default hereunder.

Any Tenant agrees that any violation of this prohibition by Tenant Tenant, its Agents or any Tenant Entity assigns shall constitute be deemed a default hereundermaterial breach of this Lease.
