DRAWINGS AND TECHNICAL DOCUMENTATION Sample Clauses

The "Drawings and Technical Documentation" clause defines the requirements and responsibilities related to the creation, submission, and approval of technical drawings and documents necessary for a project. Typically, it outlines which party must provide detailed plans, specifications, and other technical materials, as well as the timelines and standards these documents must meet. For example, a contractor may be required to submit shop drawings for approval before commencing certain works. This clause ensures that all parties have a clear and consistent understanding of the technical requirements, reducing the risk of errors, omissions, or disputes during project execution.
