DRAFTER OF THIS AGREEMENT. Buyer and Buyer’s Representative agree all Parties to this Agreement have had the opportunity to consult and obtain advice of legal counsel in the negotiation and preparation of this Agreement. Accordingly, this Agreement has been drafted on the basis of the Parties’ mutual contributions of language and the Agreement is not to be construed against any Party as being the drafter of this Agreement.
