The Engineer shall be responsible for completion of the EA, including the numbered components listed below. Additional elements can be added as additional scope items if needed through an approved Supplemental Work Authorization.

US 82 widening from BU 82 J in Clarksville to the Bowie County Line (CSJ 0046-01-065) (17.129 miles) (Red River County) The Engineer shall be responsible for completion of the EA for each project, including the numbered components listed below.
