Common use of Documents on File Clause in Contracts

Documents on File. The Employer agrees to advise and discuss with an Employee, her performance appraisal and any other document relating to the Employee's performance or conduct prior to such being filed in the Employee's personnel file. An Employee shall have the right to respond in writing, within fourteen (14) days of having discussed the report with the Employer and that reply shall be attached to the report and/or performance appraisal.
