Common use of Documented Constructive Counseling Clause in Contracts

Documented Constructive Counseling. Record of a documented constructive counseling shall be maintained in the member's Division master personnel file for at least one (1) year following the date of the incident which gave rise to the documented constructive counseling so long as there is no subsequent corrective/disciplinary action during the one (1) year period.
