Common use of Documentation of Project Costs and Program Income Clause in Contracts

Documentation of Project Costs and Program Income. The Indian Tribe agrees to support all costs charged to the Tribal Transit Project, including any approved services or property contributed by the Indian Tribe or others, with properly executed payrolls, time records, invoices, contracts, or vouchers describing in detail the nature and propriety of the charges. The Indian Tribe also agrees to maintain accurate records of all program income derived from Project implementation, except certain income FTA determines to be exempt from the general Federal program income requirements.
