DOCUMENTATION AND COMMUNICATION. 4.1. You will pass on immediately to Us or the Client as applicable, without amendment (unless otherwise agreed by Us), any documentation which is either supplied by Us for the benefit of or completion by the Client, or provided by the Client in relation to the Application. You will advise Us of all material facts known by or divulged to You in relation to business undertaken or to be undertaken with Us.
