Document Scanning. The Supplier shall have the ability to transfer low to high volume paper records into a digital format within agreed timescales. Documents once converted will need to be accessible by Contracting Bodies utilising this service through an intuitive electronic search database for instant retrieval. The Supplier shall have necessary tools, processes, procedures and resource to accommodate document originals in many formats including, but not limited to, hand written notes, mono and colour documentation etc. Scanned documents will need to be saved in both PDF and other contemporary formats as specified by the Contracting Bodies. Similarly, any facility must include the ability to record, catalogue or number images as required. The Supplier shall have capacity to handle confidential information. The Supplier shall be expected to demonstrate security procedures appropriate to the Contracting Body’s needs, and to propose potential secure solutions to Contracting Bodies in the handling of the documents. The Supplier shall hold and maintain accreditation to ISO 27001 or equivalent accreditation. Where a data loss occurs within the Digital Inbound Mail Solution i.e. scanning, indexing functionality etc and the Contracting Body can demonstrate that the data has not successfully been delivered, then it will be the Supplier’s responsibility to immediately investigate and retrieve any data from a back up repository or carry out an immediate re-scan.

Document Scanning. The Service Provider shall maintain a document scanning system and/or process that insures a Permit Holder scans the required documents, which may vary by the type of transaction being undertaken, and that those scanned document images are transmitted to and acknowledged as being received by ATLAS as described in the Program Specifications, as may be amended from time to time. The Service Provider agrees to keep an electronic record of all scanned documents images for a minimum of one (1) year in a manner that allows the document images to be recovered individually or in bulk should the need arise. The Service Provider agrees to electronically notify the RMV when the Permit Holder disposes of the original retained documents in a manner as specified in the Program Specifications.

Document Scanning. Faculty and staff may use the equipment in the KT206 demonstration area during IT Service’s Help Desk business hours only. This equipment includes a Power Macintosh, a PC, a HP laser printer, and 2 HP color scanners for document and image scanning. Instructions for logging on and for using the scanner are posted. Scanners are located in each of the Student-Access labs for use by IPFW students.

When imaging is used within DEVNET applications, one or more licenses of Lead Tools imaging toolkit are required. The Lead Tools software can be provided with the installation of DEVNET software applications.
Document Scanning. The documents will be scanned at 300 Dots per Inch (300 DPI). These procedures involve analyzing the documents to be scanned to determine the correct threshold to yield the best image, scanning the documents, creating a Searchable (OCR) PDF image and utilizing Perfect Page processing software to enhance the scanned image to assure the highest possible quality for each image. Quality Control: Inception Technologies personnel will review each image captured to verify image quality and data integrity. Objectives for this review include Readability, Skew, Border removal, Multi-Page feeds, and Document Separation. If any errors are found, Inception Technologies will re-scan these documents, ensuring that all pages scanned are of consistently high quality. Document Indexing/Verification: Inception Technologies will manually tag each document/folder. Customer has specified that the documents will need to be tagged/indexed. The indexing structure will be based on Project number and Name.

  • Document Imaging Investor shall be entitled, in its sole discretion, to image or make copies of all or any selection of the agreements, instruments, documents, and items and records governing, arising from or relating to any of Company’s loans, including, without limitation, this Agreement and the other Transaction Documents, and Investor may destroy or archive the paper originals. The parties hereto (i) waive any right to insist or require that Investor produce paper originals, (ii) agree that such images shall be accorded the same force and effect as the paper originals, (iii) agree that Investor is entitled to use such images in lieu of destroyed or archived originals for any purpose, including as admissible evidence in any demand, presentment or other proceedings, and (iv) further agree that any executed facsimile (faxed), scanned, emailed, or other imaged copy of this Agreement or any other Transaction Document shall be deemed to be of the same force and effect as the original manually executed document.

  • Document Management The Contractor must retain sufficient documentation to substantiate claims for payment under the Contract and all other records, electronic files, papers, and documents that were made in relation to this Contract.
