Division Transfer. Any current employee of MV Transportation that is permitted to transfer into this division from another location shall maintain company seniority for the purposes of establishing a rate of pay and benefits for said employee and will also be given a division seniority date for establishing bidding rights within this division. Conversely, the same would hold true for any current employee covered by this agreement transferring outside to another MV Transportation location.
