Division Commander. The Union shall submit the grievance, in writing, to the Division Commander within ten (10) calendar days of an action, or failure to take action. The written grievance shall include the facts on which the grievance is based, the express provisions of this Agreement alleged to have been violated, and the remedy requested. The Division Commander has ten (10) calendar days from the date of submission to respond to the grievance.
