Division Commander. If the grievance is not settled at Step 1, the employee shall submit the grievance to the Division Commander or the Division Commander’s designee within five (5) calendar days of receipt of the Step 1 response. The Division Commander or the Division Commander’s designee shall investigate the matter and provide a written response to the employee within five (5) calendar days following the date on which the grievance was submitted to the Division Commander.
