District Resources. The following is a list of the District responsibilities and other requirements necessary for the successful completion of the work. In the event an item identified below does not occur in the manner or time frame shown, such circumstance shall constitute a Change Request that may require an adjustment to the Work Order (Schedule and/or Fees). Provider and District will provide written communication regarding a requested adjustment to the Work Order.
