District Notification. The District shall give prompt written notice to the IT Consultant if the District becomes aware of any fault or defect in the Project or nonconformance with the Project intent. However, the District's failure or omission to do so shall not relieve the IT Consultant of his/her responsibilities hereunder and the District shall have no duty to observe, inspect or investigate the services contemplated in this agreement.
