Distribution to Lenders of Reimbursements Received From. Company. In the event any Issuing Lender shall have been reimbursed by ------- other Lenders pursuant to subsection 3.3C(i) for all or any portion of any drawing honored by such Issuing Lender under a Letter of Credit issued by it, such Issuing Lender shall distribute to each other Lender which has paid all amounts payable by it under subsection 3.3C(i) with respect to such honored drawing such other Lender's Pro Rata Share of all payments subsequently received by such Issuing Lender from Company in reimbursement of such honored drawing when such payments are received. Any such distribution shall be made to a Lender at its primary address set forth below its name on the appropriate signature page hereof or at such other address as such Lender may request.
Distribution to Lenders of Reimbursements Received From. Company In the event Issuing Lender shall have been reimbursed by other Revolving Lenders pursuant to Section 10.3(c)(i) for all or any portion of any payment by Issuing Lender under a Letter of Credit issued by it, and Administrative Agent or Issuing Lender thereafter receives any payments from Company in reimbursement of payment under the Letter of Credit, to the extent any such payment is received by such Issuing Lender, it shall distribute such payment to Administrative Agent, and Administrative Agent shall distribute to each other Revolving Lender that has paid all amounts payable by it under Section 10.3(c)(i) with respect to such payment such Revolving Lender’s Pro Rata Share of all payments subsequently received by Administrative Agent or by such Issuing Lender from Company. Any such distribution shall be made to a Revolving Lender at the account specified in Section 2.4(c)(iii).

In the event any Issuing Lender shall have been reimbursed by ------- other Lenders having a Tranche A Revolving Loan Commitment pursuant to subsection 3.3C(i) for all or any portion of any drawing honored by such Issuing Lender under a Letter of Credit issued by it, such Issuing Lender shall distribute to each other Lender having a Tranche A Revolving Loan Commitment which has paid all amounts payable by it under subsection 3.3C(i) with respect to such drawing such other Lender's Pro Rata Share of all payments subsequently received by such Issuing Lender from Company in reimbursement of such drawing when such payments are received. Any such distribution shall be made to a Lender at its primary address set forth below its name on the appropriate signature page hereof or at such other address as such Lender may request.
