DISTRIBUTION OF COPIES. Whenever the Company is required to deliver any statement, report, document, certificate or other paper (other than Borrowing Request or a notice to convert under paragraph 2.7) to the Agent, the Company shall simultaneously deliver a copy thereof to each Bank.
