Distribution of Client Hours. i) All employees (full-time, part-time and other than full-time) shall receive an assignment which shall set out the distribution of client hours, on a mutually agreed upon day of the week, for the following week. Such assignment shall include the expected start times for each shift, and it is recognized that the start time may be adjusted to afford the employee additional hours of work or to meet the employee’s guaranteed hours of work for that day.
