Disputes over $25,000. In the event of a dispute over $25,000, the parties agree that the unbiased neutral to assist in mediation may be a board composed of three (3) or more qualified persons whom the parties agree are unbiased and qualified to understand the dispute and make the determinations that may be required.

  • Disputes and Claims Failure to file such a protest within the time specified shall constitute agreement on the part of the Contractor with the terms, conditions, amounts and adjustments or non- adjustment to the contract price and/or contract time set forth in the field order.
