Disputes Concerning the Decisions of the Administrator. (1) In the event that a Class Member disputes the Administrator’s decision, whether in whole or in part, the Class Member may appeal the decision to the Referee in accordance with the provisions in the Plan of Allocation. The decision of the Referee will be final with no right of appeal.
