Dispersal of Funds. The Staff Career Development Committee will make recommendations to the University on the dispersal of staff career development funds, made available by the University in the amount of not less than ten thousand ($10,000) dollars annually. The Committee will be comprised of five employees appointed by the Union. The Chairperson of this Committee will receive 175 hours of release time in each calendar year, funding for such shall be over and above the funds allocated to staff career development.
