Discounting. Astellas, its Affiliates and Subdistributors shall set prices and discounts for the Product in the Territory solely in the interest of the commercial success of the Product in the Territory and not for the interest of its other products and services. However, the foregoing shall not be construed to dictate to Astellas, its Affiliates or Subdistributors any resale prices for the Products in the Territory.
