Common use of Discontinuance of Employment Clause in Contracts

Discontinuance of Employment. This Agreement shall not give the Optionee a right to continued employment with the Company or any parent or subsidiary of the Company, and the Company or any such parent or subsidiary employing the Optionee may terminate his/her employment at any time and otherwise deal with the Optionee without regard to the effect it may have upon him/her under this Agreement.

Discontinuance of Employment. This Agreement shall not give the Optionee a right to continued employment with the Company or any parent or subsidiary of the CompanyAffiliate, and the Company or any such parent or subsidiary Affiliate employing the Optionee may terminate his/his or her employment at any time and otherwise deal with the Optionee without regard to the effect it may have upon him/him or her under this Agreement.

Discontinuance of Employment. This Agreement shall not give the Optionee a right to continued employment with the Company or any parent or subsidiary of the Companythereof, and the Company or any such parent or subsidiary thereof employing the Optionee may terminate his/his or her employment at any time and otherwise deal with the Optionee without regard to the effect it may have upon him/him or her under this Agreement.

From and after the termination of employment of the Employee, the Holder will no longer be entitled to be issued any RUs under this Agreement.

This Agreement shall not give the Optionee a right to continued employment with the Company or Company, any parent or subsidiary of the CompanyCompany or any successor entity, and the Company or Company, any such parent or subsidiary or any such successor entity employing the Optionee may terminate his/her employment at any time time, change the Optionee’s employment responsibilities and terms of employment, and otherwise deal with the Optionee without regard to the effect it may have upon him/her under this Agreement.
