Discipline Interview. Where an employee attends an interview with Management for the purpose of a disciplinary matter, the employee shall have the right to a shop ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ or witness of their choice. If, during any other private conversation with management, it is determined that there will be a discipline report on the employee’s record, the interview may be temporarily suspended so that the employee may call in a witness of their choice.
