Discipline Interview. Where an employee attends an interview with Management for the purpose of receiving a formal discipline report or for a security interview, the employee shall have the right to a witness. If during any other private corrective interview with Management it is determined that there will be a discipline report on the employee's record or the employee feels there is a violation of Section 17.08, the interview may be temporarily suspended so that the employee may call in a witness.
