LifeVantage shall not be required to engage in the three-step Dispute Resolution process prior to imposing disciplinary sanctions for violation of the Agreement pursuant to Section 14.12 below. 14.8 Remedies Remedies available to LifeVantage Distributors under federal laws and local laws of a LifeVantage Distributor's residence shall remain available to the LifeVantage Distributor in any arbitration proceeding.
