If the grievance is not resolved at Step 3, the Union may choose to file a request for mediation with the Public Employment Relations Commission (PERC) in accordance with WAC 000-00-000, with a copy to the OFM/SHR/Labor Relations Section (OFM/SHR/LRS) at xxxxx.xxxxxxxxx@xxx.xx.xxx and the agency’s Human Resources Office within thirty (30) days of receipt of the Step 3 decision.
